A troubling sign is being reported by the New York Times, Ford continues to drop in rankings with J.D.Power, mostly because of Microsoft’s MyTouch, Sync, whatever they’re calling it these days, technology.
I posted a review of Microsoft Sync a few months ago when I bought my 2010 Ford Focus. The feature set is there, but the implementation sucks. It’s clunky, and almost impossible to navigate. As for my luck, Sync usually understands my voice.
